Can you live without your cellphone?

i'm torn between saying.. i can't live without my cellphone cos.. u know.. itsl ike PEOPLE NEED YOU!... and...
admitting that.. have gone for weeks without it.. err.. cos besides hubby and family... err.. and a couple of friends.. err.. who else calls me? -
Yes.
I was probably among the last adopters or laggards and only got a very basic hp after my pager died. HPs have been around for years but I'd just recently got my 2nd hp after the 1st one had problems.
Without hp, I will go back to using a public phones and a notebook (as organiser).

So I relied on public phones and those Top-up cards.
I still couldnt do w/o the mobile phone, cos it holds the numbers of people I need to contact with and dates...
And using the public phones grossed me out big time, that I always have to rely on a packet of Watsons wet wipes to clean the public phones I am using. -
before i had a hp i was wondering why would i want one. so troublesome, and i hate ppl contacting me when i'm doing smth important etc. if they wanna find me can call my house or email me or whatever.
then i got a hp, and i'm addicted to it. -
Is one of those things where you have it for days and nobody calls, then forget it for an hour and you miss an important call. ^#%$

My house number is private... it's not listed. It's the only call that I check if some bugger has been abusing some public phones. 99% of the time, it's called by my family and I will have to rush over to TTSH after that, because either the young don't know dialects, or the elders have no idea what's happening at all. Other than my father. If he isn't working, they will call him... not me.

I think I caaaan live without my cellphone.. Many time also I keep on forgetting to bring it to school with me.
But without, it'll get kinda boring too. haha -

actually i dun use it so much nowadays.
sms function has become pretty redundant, mostly using to call or when ppl wana contact me which isn't much since i'm in camp nowadays.
but then again, my hp acts as my watch so i can't. -
always need my cellphone but when the person i dun like called. felt like throwing away

i've got this 100 per month plan but do you know what my usage is like each month? only 8 minutes!!!!! and that's a month!!!!!
i am not a phone person anyways, whether be it at home or office so cell phone? lagi no biz. but i have one for emergency, particularly when on the road and especially during winter. -
