tare, not all dip in IT knows how to use applications.
IT dip is more hardware and binary logic.
And....well.....I guess I can smirked a bit about use of phone and stuffs because I 've been thru those times and I have always start any new girls with the necessary skills like using the copier, fax, phone & pantry.
These are basic stuffs, which not much company borthers to look into or that the HR will try to teach. -

I have one of those lounge sofa which was because my ex hub liked to lay on it and watch tv, and it must not have a footboard of sorts so it wont obstruct the view.
But the problem with these commercial bought lounge sofa is that the cushions is custom made and it is not able to turn over to use the other side. -
