  diff programmes have diff interface.. but the basic logic is the similar. 3 yrs studying IT SHOULD enable one to do simple PRINTING!

  Let me put it this way
  My company uses Lotus Approach too
  And I have no freaking idea how to use it
  But in the end I'm the one who end up updating the damn program and changing the format
  
  I have no prior training in this program
  So if a Biz student like me can figure out how to change a database program
  I dun see why a PA who likely was a biz student too cannot figure out how to print!
