You'll find that you usually don't sleep well if you had a heavy supper.
It's not good to go to bed starving either. Don't mistake growling sounds for hunger because growling does not always signify hunger.
You probably should revise your diet. Eat foods that have higher glycaemic index. I'm not very learned in this area, and I'm crippled by a lousy memory, so you'd have to go online to google GI foods. Basically, some foods stay longer in your system, staving off hunger.

I'm even more tempted to buy 5kg of Bacon in March liao
In the supermarket it's like over 20/kg
And if I buy 5kg it be like 7/kg -
I think I'm only bothered by my weight and body size when others around me kay poh and make nasty remarks. But here, they don't do that because your body is your business and we're all made differently and the people here have more immediate concerns like earning enough $$ to pay mortgage with yet another interest rate hike looming in the horizon to really obsess about trivial stuff like body size.Originally posted by tare:but i'm not >.<
