Today's Bank Day.
A few of us have worked out that we don't really earn more if we work on a public holiday, so I'm staying home today!
We're supposedly paid double rate if we work on PH, BUT, even if we don't work on PH, we get a day's pay anyways. It's really weird! In the end, whether you work on a PH or not, you STILL get paid for six days' wages in that week, so what's the point? Might as well not work!
If we really wanted the money, don't work today in our permanent job, but go pick up an agency nursing or nurse bank assignment, and we'll end up with THREE DAYS' pay or more, for one day's work!
I'll do that when I get my PR! -

cobra venom is used as a blood thinner
So maybe cobra cream is used for external application for bruises?

I forgot what I wanted to post earlier.
Yesterday at NTUC, it was so bloody packed and crowded at the detergents and cleaning chemicals corner.
There were these 2 aunties blocking the entire passageway choosing detergents
KNS how long do you need to choose one detergent?
I waited for 5 mins and they didn't even give way to my trolley so I forced my way through them. 10 mins later, they were still at the same spot looking at the BLOODY Detergent!!
I told MPB..."WTH are they choosing? Live fish??? It's just a bloody bottle of detergent and they take more than 15 mins!!!

Actually, I take a long time choosing things to buy at the supermart too.
I just LOVE to read labels from ALL types of products! 
I love to think that I am making an "informed decision".
