Breakfast at 11am: a bunch of chwee kueh
Snack at noon: pile of love letters
Lunch at 3:30pm: sushi, shared giant chawanmushi, cheesy scallops, crab gratin, stirfried veggies
Dinner at 6pm: assorted shellfish
Post-dinner snack: assorted Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, lousy lemon meringue, expresso and capucinno
Here's what today's tally looks like for me. (3rd Feb)
Breakfast: 3 pineapple tarts (looking forward to a change tomorrow!)
Lunch: Smoked chicken breastmeat over buckwheat spaghetti and pesto, yoghurt with mixed fruits and honey
Dinner: Tom yam soup with yong tau hu and rice
Additional: One apple
and water
Sunday.....
Breakfast: McDonalds' Big Breakfast
Lunch: Chicken rice.
Dinner: Chicken sandwich from 7 Eleven.
Snack during studying: One muesli bar and two cups of hot Milo.

Lunch : Frozen TV dinner : Aussie-style Hokkien Mee, 340g
Snacks : One skewer of Vietnamese Grilled Meat wrapped in dunno-what leaf, one slice of bak kwa, One Apple-Blackcurrant Slurpee
Dinner : Laksa Yong Tau Fu + 1 can Kickapoo drink
breakfast: Jwee Kueh
lunch: Porridge with ikan bilis, dark soy sauce pork slice, belachan chilli long beans
dinner: KFC 3 pc meal
Breakfast - Nil
Lunch - 1 packet of Nissim CQYD noodles [spicy]
Dinner - Chicken Prosperity Burger Meal at Mac's
Supper - Rice w/ prawns,long beans & an omelette
I ate chicken rice for lunch and dinner and supper
Breakfast - nil
Sunday... hmmm...
no breakfast..
Lunch: a little bit of some kind of home made fried noodles..
Dinner: a little bit of rice with fried halfbeak and stirfried assorted veggies...

Breakfast - Full Meal : Rice + Potato slice (stirred fried with meat and tomatoes) + Sunny Side up + Fish
Lunch/Dinner (ate at 5.00pm) : Congee + Fish + Salted Eggs
Near Supper Time : 5 pineapple tarts + SOD Tea.
today, 1/2 voiceless and still sleepy...

LF, you're really capable, hor... having throat problems, and apparently must be feeling quite exhausted, yet can still wake up to eat a full breakfast! You've got your priorities right, girlfriend!! Once, when I was in Secondary School, I had a bad case of the flu with fever. Whole body aching and shivering from the fever, and yet, crawled down to the kopitiam to buy lontong for lunch. Kena scolded left, right, and center by mom when she found out! Extra sambal too!

Breakfast : One slice of Cole's Mud Cake (discounted at A$2.99 for the entire cake!! Si liao... tomorrow must bring and share with colleagues!)
Lunch : Gelato. Normal serving of 3 flavours with a waffle cone. I chose Mars, Blood Orange, and Strawberry.
Late Tea : Minced Meat + Mushroom Mee Pok, 3 Chwee Kuehs, and one glass Iced Cheng Tng.
Dinner : Strawberry Smoothie.
I think I might have to eat my remaining two slices of Pizza. They've been in the fridge for four days already! Better check that there are no extra ingredients like mushrooms on it first!

Lunch: Chicken Feet Noodles (The one near my office is really yummy)
Dinner: Ok I had Economy Rice instead.
Monday, 4th Feb:
Breakfast: Egg-and-mayo sandwich
Lunch: Double cheeseburger (sans the fries and Coke) from Mac.
Dinner: Rice with sambal chicken and spinach.

Breakfast: tuna and ham sandwich (together in 1 sandwich)
Lunch: mundo delish charsiew & roast pork rice
Dinner: little bit of rice with mustard greens/mushrooms and neighbour's braised duck
somewhen in the office, by command performance: 3 kueh bangkit and 1 rock bun (because office people made it so everyone MUST try )

Lunch: Macaroni and cheese
Tea: Baileys souffle from Bakerzin
Dinner: Some sub-par chilled cheesy mushroom chicken burger from the S'pore Indoor Stadium

Breakfast: 2 slices of white bread with peanut butter and jelly + 1 cup of Milo
Lunch: 1 plate of rice with broccoli + pork + toufu + 1 glass of coffee
I's 1540 hours now and I've successfully resisted the urge to snack!
Dinner : Probably cai png only den go home to drink plain water!
If I can stick to this and keep it up, think it'll be good but water intake''s probably insufficient......

hi rhonda, i ate some potato chips and eat some pineapple tarts, my throat recovering faster than i thought leh...
Breakfast: some raisin buns
Lunch: rest of raisin buns
Dinner: rice, stirfried veggies, other stirfried veggie, some fish
