Morning: 3-in-1 Cereal Drink
Lunch: Rice with veggie, egg and some stir fried chicken pieces
Dinner: Nasi lemak goreng with teh halia (I know, super sinful)
Snacks: Lotsa snacks today (Potato crackers, some new year egg cookies, coleslaw from KFC)
I gained a lot of weight during CNY! must go swimming oledi...

Lunch : Ka_nahs (which chipped my tooth) + 2 Begedil + Papaya + 2 slabs of Kacang Tumbuk + Ginseng Tea
Dinner : Rice + Panfried yummy codfish + Kangkong Garlic StirredFried + GreenTea drink + Yakult Grape
Supper : my (at least 2 slices).

Breakfast: Sanitarium Weet-Bix with milk and raisins
Lunch: One McDonalds' cheeseburger (the burger only.... not the full meal)

Lunch: Economical rice with mushrooms, veggies and potatoes
Dinner: Vegetarian mixed rice with mock fish, meat and lady fingers

Lunch : 285mg of Instant Korean Porridge with Chicken and Ginseng + 1 can Fried Gluten with Peanuts
Dinner : 285 mg of Instant Korean Porridge with Chicken and Ginseng
Supper : Starving like crazy now! Ate Medium French Fries with a ton of chilli sauce + Deluxe Chicken Fillet Burger with another ton of chilli sauce.

Lunch: Teochew Porridge with Tofu in dark sauce, Stir-fried pork with Chai Tou and Stir Fried Nai Bai with Garlic
Dinner: Whatever is left over of the Shark Cartilage soup and Home cooked cheesy grilled Mid-Joint wings and a banana

Izzit? Very nice, hor? Esp with porridge!
Sometimes, when I feel like I need to eat a 'light' meal, I'll cook nice porridge. I like to put my rice cooker right into one of the two sinks, so that even if the porridge boils over, it's alright cause it'll just overflow into the sink! Smart, hor?
A typical saturday meal, which I eat the most because weekends are workout days. Sundays dinner a bit different.
9am Wakeup: 1 protein shake
20~40 mins later: 1 whole packet of economic bee hoon with egg and vege, and some other junk
during workout: 1 ltr of ribena
1230 after workout shake
1pm: lunch, cai peng with 2 vege and 1 meat, and 1 side dish of fish + 1 cup milk tea
3pm: 1 cup of milk
5pm: 3 pc KFC meal
somewhere 9 to 11pm: supper, any food I can get at home
1am: 500ml of milk
