Is that healing foods cookbook written by a Chinese lady? If so, I have that book too, I think. Hmm... her name ... is it Lee Sau Moey or something like that?
Terry Tan has written a book on healing foods too. I'm referring to those cookbooks with a Chinese medicine angle.
Night night, everyone! I'm going to bed liao! Long day tomorrow in the ICU again!

no leh...this one is a huge thick one...compilted by many receipes.. no author one.
Okay..... I think I've figured out why my flow visualization pictures from yesterday didn't turn out that well.....
1). Lighting problems..... I shone a fluorescent lamp directly at the set-up. I've just bought a couple of small fluorescent tubes..... that oughta work better, considering that the area I want to photograph is a single 400mm long perspex tube.
2). My shutter speed was 1/30s instead of 1/250s..... in short, overexposure.
#$*&@@&$@......

Orh... when I return to Singapore, I must head to my storage facility and dig out a few cookbooks and mail them back to my Melbourne home. Happiness!
Must also head to Popular Bookstore and Times the Bookshop to find Singapore / Malaysian cookbooks.
LF, if I had known you earlier, I would have given you the tons of cooking and food mags that I had to give my neighbour, who probably did not appreciate it as much.
wild mushroom soup....
