I'm so worried this spider came into my house to give birth under my bed or something!!! What to do?!!!
........
I think they travel a few together at a time..? no ?
Originally posted by Rhonda:MG, this is the size of the spider. Don't forget its legs are curled up in death, so it doesn't seem big, but IT IS, ok!! It it huge!!
Thanks for the images.
Eh.... I'll have to agree with Ah Lau--it does look kinda small. But it's probably a lot scarier when you have it right in front of you.
Now that Bear has already identified it, are you going to flush it down the toilet?

No! I'm going to show my neighbours tomorrow!!
And I'm hopping down to Cole's to buy a few bottles of insecticide spray... one for each room!!
I've never wished I had a man in my life, more than I do now!!!

It could have bitten me!!! If I had not turned on the bedroom light, it would have just waited till I was in bed, then snuck under my doona and stung me!!!
spider looks small leh.
the magazine would work better than your insecticide

I didn't intend to go anywhere near that creature!
At one stage, when it was frantically crawling all over my doona, I got cornered by it and thought if it came right to the edge of the bed, I shall have to retreat into the bathroom and lock myself there! My bedroom is too small to run around in and escape the spider's revenge.
Will Rhonda run from one end of Melbourne to the other end the next time she see this?

I'll go ask him the next time I see him, if he's scared of pests or not.

Noooooo!!! If I run, when I return home, the spider would have gone into hiding and I'd really rather kill it than not know where in the world it has crawled to because I won't be able to sleep at all!! Right now, I can feel it crawling everywhere on my body!!!

Don't think it'll work because I will shake too much to have a steady hand. I had to try so many times before I took a decent photo of the spider because my hands kept shaking.
But... hmm... good idea to catch the spider, and then release it in front of Ferret's window!

youtube is blocked?
ahahaha
i'm going to sleep now.. goodnight all.. spidery dreams
I would have kept that spider as a pet
Anyway it is very tiny compared to the monsters from my old home at Telok Kurau
I don't have a picture of those but if I sprayed insecticide in the room, I would have found like 5 -6 spiders bigger than my palm lying dead on the floor
Anyway Rhonda, just calm down
Spiders aren't like those monster movie spiders you know

i might just throw it right back at u...
Erm i've seen a adult house lizard biting a adult cockroach before . Very funny all my campmates were watching that instead of the tv in our guardroom . Apparently the lizard was not the least afraid of the cockroach and vice versa , the cockroach moved away after 5 mins of struggle with the lizard . Lol
