Club 30's Sing Song Outing

  preferably during weekdays, so its cheaper.

  pick a location too

  Kbox or Partyworld.

  Personally, i prefer partyworld.

  I just dragged LF with me to Ten Dollar Club to sing with my cousins during 2nd day of CNY

   

  Not bad too leh although room a bit small

  Good too

  Whatever we used to sing in Partyworld they have it all as well

  Even the old songs. New songs ok I think

  But I don't know new songs

  And the drinks are free flow

  Just no tidbits (u can try smuggling in though. LF smuggled in a giant pau to eat)

  Hmm.... I know of a place at Katong Shopping Center. A wholesome, family-friendly place.... not a sleazy one. And their English selection is actually better than that of KBox.

  I went there once with three of my friends.... if I remember correctly, it cost us about $28 for three hours. That's just $7 per person.

  Then again, that was about two years ago.... would have to check the prices again.

  See what I mean about sneaking in food

  It's cheap la. If we  have about 6-8 people we can go there again coz the room really quite small

  I think the song selection not bad and considering it is in Chinatown, there are lots of things to eat after too

  Weekdays may be cheaper but no point if we can't let our hair down to relax & enjoy.

   

  I believe most of us will prefer to pay a little bit more for Fri/Sat when we won't have to worry about waking up early the following morning to drag ourselves to the office......

   

  If outing's scheduled on a fri/sat, then I'm on. Otherwise, tbc only........ see if I can take leave for the next day - I have leave to burn this year anyways

  No drinks. You have to pay for them.

  All things considered, I think the package you had ($12/pax for 5 hours, free drinks) would be better.

  i think next time i dao-bao more food, i may need more than 3 glasses of hot honey....

   

  while the rest sing, i eat, ....when they finish singing, they eat..

  Coz i noe Chinatown one can bring alot alot alot food in!! That time i went with my frens we da-baoed crystal jade chicken wings, bo lo bao, pork floss bun, sandwiches in to eat~
