I remember that Ramly burgers used to come in beef, chicken, and rabbit.....
.... but they've since taken rabbit off the menu.

rabbit makes lousy burger patties.. too low fat content.. that's why rabbit is good in stews, where the gamey and strong flavour gives the stew a robust boost... also, the fact that stews require a lot of slow cooking, enables the meat on the rabbit to "relax" and become more tender..
In other news, MPB bought the flight stimulator for his plane so that he can practise flying his RC plane instead of crashing it
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
He was playing with it all night

i was thinking maybe he should have bought the $39.95 version from Toys R Us before buying the big one...
just like i bought the little picoo before even thinking of the 6-channel variable pitch rotor helicopter
Hmm.... I haven't eaten rabbit for a long, long time.

check your BMI :
my BMI index is : 22.6
max weight allowed till 73.6kg.
must ...lose...weight....!
i is on razor's edge of being overweight
BMI has its limitations..... it's grossly inaccurately for kids and muscle-laden people.
Body fat measurements are better..... but you need some relatively expensive equipment for that.
I was seriously thinking of getting a body fat scale from Watson's.... but it costs $60. Yikes.
*thinks of bashing fudgy*
why do you want a body fat scale when it is clear you are skin and bones?
unlike people like me who have a truck tyre over the inflatable lifesaver around my middle
i think the fats around my waist can crush any living thing..

The FS has been nagging at me that the 'gradient' of my waist has been 'growing'.
She said that I look like some 'malnourished famine victim' with a swollen belly.
Can't wait to get back to jogging.

I just started taking some supplements that help with water retention
And it's not like I don't drink enough water :(
So far it seems to be working

She said that if there was some way to 'redistribute' the fats around my waistline to my limbs, then I'd look a lot better.
I have skinny limbs and a slowly-expanding waistline..... while I don't exactly have a potbelly, I gotta agree that I've got flab around my waist. And my weight has hit 64.4kg with a height of 1.7m..... that's a BMI of 22.3!
The only thing that's stopping me from jogging regularly is the infected blister/avulsion on my left ankle.... have to wait till next week for it to heal.
all the more you shouldn't jog .... eat more and go pump some irons instead ....
