I watched Japan Hour sometime last year
And they showed this place in Japan where the specialty is Bear Sukiyaki
I tell you the Bear Meat marbling looked so pretty!!!!

I would like to try Bear meat...
Bear Meat Loaf
3 lbs ground bear meat 1 lb ground beef (fatty)
3 cans Campbell's French onion soup
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
1 can mushrooms 8 oz or larger
1/4 cup ketchup
garlic powder (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)First drain the broth out of 2 cans of the French onion soup and set aside. Next put the other ingredients (except 3rd can of soup) into a mixing bowl. Add the onions from the two cans of soup and mix well.
Put into roasting pan and pour broth and the third can of onion soup over top. Set oven at 350 degrees and cook for 2 1/2 hours or until done.
Make sure that the meat is thoroughly cooked. -

now it's illegal as most if not all bears are protected under CITES..

one major bigass thing left to do this week.. a total and utter re-write of an article for the annual report.. which the boss initially refused to let me write because "there are writers to write that"
sometimes, i'd rather write all that myself as it's less work actually writing than editing..

meeting postponed cos i "briefly" talked to my lady boss abt the things for discussion, she need to go thru the papers once again... >.<
and i'm back to my regular work, and it's not any better... i've to amend and ensure amendments are accurate of stuffs which i don't even understand... >.<
