  Just on TV - 12 cm high heels are touted to be very popular this season.  The current affairs show has just revealed that each pair will cost more than A$200.

   

  I think she failed to include the Podiatrist's treatment and consultation fees, the cost of possible orthotics, and the damage to the arch and heel. 

  After seeing my mom's gigantic bunion, and how she was in pain for a long, long time, I never want to be in a pair of stilettos, ever! 

  I also saw this lady in 7-Eleven's one Sunday morning, when I was on my way to work, holding her pair of heels in her hand, and limping around barefoot with nasty, raw-red blisters on her feet, bleeding freely away.    She was begging for some plasters to use to cover up her wounds.   She had probably put them on to look attractive or something, gone to some pub(s) for the whole night, and then suffered for that the next few weeks.

  Dont worry, I will be doing it with a paperbag & 2 eyeholes over my face.

   

  .....if we can still find paperbags....

   

  The dailies might be more inclined to published the victim's face since he is so much more eligible.

  in other news, i have just emerged from my boss's room.. with a pile of stuff..

  how come when emails go out, telling them to reply to all the people (which is basically me) so that work can be done, they will email to only one person.. and the one doing the work (me) will be totally unaware and unable to do the work until the boss looks at the email and then remembers to forward it to me...

  and suddenly, i have a lot of work...

  the heck with it.. i'll just do what i can.. and enjoy the weekend

  Ya they are called a Talking catfish because they can croak or make clicking noises when agitated or frightened. The fish 'talks' by grinding the base of its pectoral fin bone against it's shoulder bone. The sound is  very loud!

  The 2 Spotted Raphaels I have are part of the Talking catfish family and so is the Jaguar Catfish

  My intended victim; we used to joke about my police uniform being put to good use in the bedrooms........

  i will never let work spoil my weekend

  right now, i'm supposed to look at about a few hundred pictures to get a handful for an article.. worse still, i didn't take those pictures.. they're on our intranet which sometimes is slow as heck
