I went jogging just now..... for the first time in weeks.
At the four kilometer mark, I tripped and fell.... I skinned my knees and my palms.
if fatum allergic to pork, his mom will be delighted....turn him into vegetarian then..

5 years ago, attempted to run from Ford Road to Changi Point - 4 hours...i walk, stroll, play with dogs and run.
4 years ago, 2.4km = 13min
last year, 2.4km = 16min
this year = running 50m to catch the bus, BREATHLESS !

why don't try cycling instead? my dad and mum cycled around the last time they visited there. they stayed in backpackers accomodation
woooo~ looks clear! but now i feel too lazy, i still have 2 bars left which is supposed to last me at least 30miles

we are staying in the budget hotels too...
cycling? maybe...but we prefer to walk...take pictures mah...
