Two weeks ago, if I had to answer this question, I'd say I have my good days, but most of the time, I tolerate and endure my job.
Now that I'm in the ICU for 3 days a week for starters, I LOVE my job. The ICU is THE working environment of choice for me all this while and working in the General Ward just grated on my nerves! Now that I'm back where I belong, I actually go to work almost wanting to hop and skip there!
And then when I have to be in my old ward for the remaining two days, oh dear... my feet are sudden heavy lead...
Ah well, soon, real soon, I will be working in the ICU permanently AND part-working, part-studying to get that coveted Post-Grad Diploma!
So yes, I LOVE my job!
Yay! So happy for you!

I'm still "learning to like" a couple of courses, otherwise I love what I'm studying and wouldn't trade it for anything else that's available here.
Very wise words indeed....
I will endeavour to like those mundane tasks that make me not feel like coming in to work sometimes!

Yippeee!!! My job's also on the list!
Actually, nurses have really flexible work options here, plus the remuneration is pretty good overall. No wonder my ex-colleague, who left to return home to Singapore, decided to return here afterall, because she couldn't accept the horrible working conditions for nurses back home, esp after having had it good here.

I love to cook, but hate PR.
You're good in PR and are learning how to cook.
Hmm... Someday, we might just be able to collaborate!

i love my job :D
sometimes it doesn't feel like working and a lot like fun. Lots of laughter, and a lot of new things to learn.
but i feel stressed out by the paperwork because I'm not good at admin stuff.
But it trains me to be more organised but learning is always such a difficult thing to do.
Oh must not forget to say i love the holidays too :D

Ah Ben, you should get some compression socks to ease the strain on your legs. At my previous job, I was on my feet for hours. My co-worker bought a pair of these socks and she says it really helps.

All pharmacies stock them and they are available OTC. Scholl's is one of the brands you'll find, but bear in mind that compression stockings are pretty costly.
I don't live in Singapore now but I do remember seeing them in Watson's when I was living there. You can find them alongside all the other Scholl's products.
kek ... I get to play games all day, surf porn when necessary, chat on MSN anytime anywhere. Perks of the job include gaming specced comps, monthly claims that include buying bluetooth stereo headsets, new games etc etc ....
so yeah .... I think I can say i r <3 my job!

I found some reasonably priced ones online. Saw on in a magazine for US$3.95 each.
