Seems like your MPB is quite a character!

Well, reflecting on my ex's, in the beginning, they were willing to bend over backwards to impress me. But once they knew they had me firmly in hand, you see the true colours that they no longer bother to 'hide' and polish up!
That's why older and wiser women always advise : Enjoy the courtship period - it will never last!

Haha yesterday we were talking relationships coz of a movie we watched
It was basically if we are soulmates and made for each other
He was joking that we are made to make life hell for each other
But, he told me that my 'debt' to him will not be paid up in this life and that he would want to make life 'hell' for me in our next lives too.
if you notice, the mandarin i use is pure simplicity.. i have never been able to read the chinese newspapers at all.. and am still unable to..
it's the use of this HYPY thing that allows me.. i recognise the words but cannot write them.. the same way i can understand cantonese but can't speak it
现在我是ç‰ç€å›žå®¶..

AAAaaaahhh Harharharharhahahaha!!!
The two of you are sooo adorable! Reminds me of my mom and dad - my dad is always bugging my mom and teasing her and not leaving her alone for too long! Mom's always wailing to be left alone! Very funny!
You know what, elindra, that's part of the reason why I miss fireman so much - we were always nipping at each other like a pair of Pekinese dogs yelping each other down. It's fun like that. It's not lovey-dovey all the time but he was intelligent and had an open outlook on life and I learnt so much from him and it felt good to be with someone who wasn't artificially optimistic and hyper, like most Aussies are.

no shit..
i think in english..
just like a lot of singaporeans do not structure their sentence correctly because they're constructing them in either mandarin or malay.. then doing a direct translation.. the structure is correct in those languages but totally wrong for english, which is a weird language..
fried banana => fried (goreng) banana (pisang)
it's been mangled into "goreng pisang" but it's actually "pisang goreng"

AAaahhh harharhar!! I thought that sentence was darn funny... but didn't realise why until you exposed it!

That actually is the reason why Koreans are so terrible in English.
Say, if I want to ask a Korean, "Could you please speak in English?", it is expressed thus : Yong-O (English) haseyo (speak you)?

MPB's saying that pinky would still "utang" him in his next life ...
Siiigh... today, on the way to the tram station, I passed by the fire station and perfect timing, the firemen were getting dressed up in their fireman attire by their fire engines, raring to go! I had to hop out of the way and keep their driveway clear but my, oh my... wish I could snap shots...
argh!! i've got to work on 8th March

Past life, next life... elindra knows why this phrase is spooking the hell outta me now!
