After all these nighttime jogging sessions, I've made a long-term resolution.
I plan to join the Lion City Marathon in June in the half-marathon category.
I've never run more than 8km at one go..... and that was back in the army when my psycho SOF CO made the whole battalion run five rounds around the camp in Cat 1 weather (heavy rain + lightning).
Gotta start training for it..... I gotta start small and slowly ramp up the distance.

I wish today was my day off too.
My bones are aching and I don't feel like heading to work. I just hope that I get assigned just one patient who'll sleep right through post-op and not one of those yak-a-fest types who won't shut up. 
I also hope that the Nurse Manager and Nurse Educator are kept occupied today so they won't come over and test me or something... I'm not up to challenges today.

Gee, I think it's a sign of growing older - I used to 'relax' after a day at work by playing computer games like The Sims. Now, I can't handle The Sims 2 and I get exasperated because playing it is like machiam taking on an extra job!
It doesn't feel relaxing at all, but rather, plain draining and it stresses me up to the extent that I stopped playing it donkey weeks ago and won't be returning to the game anytime soon! 
These days, it's just those short games from subscription sites like Shockwave that hold my attention.

usual question of the day: what the hell is wrong with my stupid boss?
comes over to my cubicle to tell me to call a potential vendor.. how come tell me something like that can take 1/2 hour!!
then was about to go hassle people to send in photographs.. she decides to do it instead.. in her disgusting fawning way.. KNN.. does she have no shame??
okay.. simple matter of calling.. people..
then, i'm supposed to take pictures of a couple of award certificates to give to the vendor.. they're displayed in the meeting rooms... so i tell her i'm going after office hours when there are no meetings.. it's not urgent.. the fricken mad woman tells me that "WE will go during lunchtime"
WTF?? just because even her accursed husband doesn't want to have lunch with her, and she goes and buys things to eat in her bloody office doesn't mean i don't have plans for lunch with friends!! so now, i'm supposed to make time, until she's bloody free which is about 12:45pm, forgo lunch and go take pictures of 2 bloody stupid certificates?
i think i'll just go off for lunch and ignore her...

I don't think WoW is that gloomyAnd it has a great storyline behind it
And it is not complicated at all. Very intuitive actually though I must agree that WoW is quite a technical game. You must really understand your class to play well.

THE bimboo in office sent out an urgent email asking all of us to test print our emails... she said got problem, cos some of them the emails printed too close to edge, when punch hole for filing will kenna the text...
she said even IT dept can't fix it... yah rite, i showed her in less than 1 min
we must have the stupidest IT dept and SHE has a dip in IT! -

Well, my former tuition kid's Science teacher taught him that an atom of hydrogen has 0.0008 neutrons..... never mind that neutrons are discrete and exist only in integer amounts.Makes me wonder where she got her Bachelor of Science degree.
