I prefer a thick slice that is taken out from the fridge in 2 slice of bread. a little vegetable will also do

I like to open a whole can of stewed pork trotters or pork chops ....warm it up and eat it with cold rice ....
eating a bowl of that when it's dark and -30 outside can bring tears to your eyes ...

strangely that's my second favourite way. eating greasy oily food cold always make it less.. err.. oily and greasy.
frying it makes it very .. nuah leh

in australia when i didnt have luncheon meat..
i got the.. Watsonian Ham which is really luncheon meat in a roll.

dice up 1 x large can of maling luncheon meat
dice up 2 x small potatoes
open up a large can of baked beans in tomato sauce
dump all into a sauce pan ... add a little bit of water ... stir on low flames till potatoes are cooked,
serve with plain rice ...... shiok ! ...

Add frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas & carrot mix)
Add in Onions
Add in Ketchup
Add in Potatoes
