What sort of people are you instantly attracted to?

I'm talking about the characteristics that instantly catches your attention and makes you want to get to know the person better.
Say, for instance you're at some huge party, and you are mingling with the hordes of partygoers. What would instantly draw your attention to the person and make you scheme to somehow get close to the person and introduce yourself?

I think for me, it's humour (not of the slapstick genre), and intelligence! There's nothing sexier than listening in on the conversation of a man who obviously knows his stuff, and knows it well!
I think that will make me turn my head to look in his direction. He has to be well-groomed and appropriately attired for the occasion though. Over-dressing or under-dressing can be quite ... amusing.

I remember this incident a few years back when I was in Raffles City, having dinner with my course mates, and I was cracking jokes and laughing out loud. Our group was having noisy fun, and I was the ringleader of sorts. Then suddenly, this ang moh walked past our table, looked at me and smiled right at me!
And the coincidental thing was, at that time, we were actually conversing over IRC and because we had not met then, he didn't know that he was smiling at me, and vice versa! It was only later that night, when we talked about what we had done that evening and he said he was at Raffles City and there was this cute girl having loads of fun cracking jokes with her friend etc etc that I just HAD to ask, "So what was she wearing?!" and it turned out it was him walking in front of our table and smiling at me!!! I mean, how coincidental is that?! -
Actually, *bimbo mode on*, if I haven't had the opportunity of hearing the guy talk yet, going by pure looks alone, tall men of big build always catch my eye!
Quite a few of them Aussie guys who are tall and big and being near them always makes my heart skip a beat and I forget to breathe and I end up blushing, just from the proximity alone...

Of course eye candy is always appreciated, be it male or female

Ability to hold a great conversation, opinionate, at the same time not close-minded to other ideas and not dominating the conversation.
I have one colleague who is like that. She really brighten up everyone's day in the office.

I tell you, I live near a Police Station AND a Fire Station, but I think the firemen are more irresistable! You see, to be a full-time Metropolitan fireman, they have to be super-duper fit one! It's very tough to be selected! Siiiigh...
Forgot to add... you know what the huge advantage of having a tall 'n' big boyfriend is? You can afford to eat and be bwee bwee a little itty bit, stand beside him, and still look 'small'! Hehehe!!!

Guys who can make decisions at a snap and afford to pay for what they put their words to.
Its like, anyone can offers me a cup of coffee, but to really brings me there instantly and buys me that cup of coffee, thats the person I can look up to.
Or when I was too busy. To order and buys in that coffee, hopefully with a hot curry puff....thats the person I come hell or high water, will make an effort to talk to again.
Guess I admire those people who can make snap decisions and are generous with no intention of pulling you into their beds.

Next year cannot leh! I start my gruelling course next year! All those who started the course this year is crying under the stress of the course liao! I hear them cry, I get really really scared cause next year is my turn!
They've already warned me, be prepared for NO social life for THE WHOLE YEAR!!! 
You wait till I own a car, can? Better if I can pick you up at the airport and then drive us around...

Eh... if you wanna retire here without having worked here and saved in A$ first, then be prepared to have to bring A LOTTA $$ here, hor!
That's why I came over here to work first, and get Medicare as a PR. Their healthcare benefits are really quite good. So even if suay suay get unplanned pregnancy as a single mom, can claim from the govt and stay home to look after the baby and be paid for that!
