fat people should go donate blood.............im low on blood so i cannot donate........cause i remember when i was little i had very high fever and stayed in the hosoitals for a few days because i was running out of blood or something so they stuck something into my hand and water drips down....................

Fat people can donate fat... but when it comes to blood, fat or skinny, the same volume of blood runs in all. -
really? i always though fat people have more stuff in their body than skinny peoples......

1) Input more than Output, ie. eat more than they burn off. This results in the excess being stored in the body as fat.
2) Genetics. They just end up having more fat molecules than others.
3) Slow basal metabolic rate.
4) Hormonal Problems.
5) Chronic Health Problems which lead to Water Retention.
I'm sure there are other reasons but right now, I can only come up with five.

The more subcutaneous fats you have, the harder it is to reach your veins because the layer of fat has to be penetrated first before reaching the veins. Like that, if can draw from tummy, then can also draw from backside liao lor! You wanna be the first to try that route? Hehe!

ooorh...btw, besides exercising and sits up, any other way to take away my fats around my waist.
i am only very fat at my waistline and a bit at my chin area..
