  Anyway I need to leave by 1.30pm.. so hopefully no late ppl at Outram..

  I'm very curious about why people who've lived in Europe for 5 years or more (in total) aren't allowed to donate blood. I know about CJD and BSE in Britain but what else is there?

  and all makandos to report to tom ton's at 1200 hours .......

  Wah... you guys are so fantastic!  Organising Blood Donation outings! 

  Maybe someday, the local papers will feature you guys because it's one of the few rare good deeds that come out of forum participation!

  Photos, peeps! We had soft-shelled crab and kurobuta pork in various guises:

  The crab

   

  Fillet grilled with miso paste

   

  Katsu-don

   

  Breaded rolls of pork stuffed with cod roe

   

  Breaded fillet in katsu-don sauce

  

  We then had Hokkaido gelato form Azabu Sabo. Tip: The sea salt and caramel ice-cream is actually very nice and interesting, but stick to sampling it. The saltiness, though very mild, builds up and lingers on your tongue.

  only the fillet was any good ......

  I suspect the others are not really from the black pig at all .......
