we demanded for a new one, when it arrived... it costs $1235.
i'll never forget that number. LOL
i can use the metal poles for hanging clothes, saw it to the correct length and sell it to RSAF.

OMG, our technicians are fitter and garang than the pilots/aircrew specs anytime!!!

it's a good idea to bring in the NSFs actually ... on a war footing the activity ramp ups would certainly require more manpower than what the regular cadre can provice ....
and no, you guys won't be defending the choppers, though in times of war every single bod would be issued a rifle ....
the FDS would be doing that, augmented by reservists, including unkers from PDF and the like .... they'll dig trenches everywhere and turn Singapore into one gigantic armed camp, that's the whole idea ..

there's a colleague of ours who seems to go to squadrons that close down eventually
first he was at 123, then 120, now he's at 125.
he should stay in the force (he ORDs end of this y ear), and close every sqn down.

Yes, there was just a intake of 50 nsf techs for F16 and only 5 for rotary wing.

yeah they help in manpower. but aircraft servicing, it takes time. by the time the NSFs are close to getting used to the aircraft, they ORD :S
well now with the uncles, there are lesser people to protect it. lol~

Maybe I'm wrong but all my muslim friends tell me it's ok and it's not like they are eating my food and they certainly don't think my non halal food that does not contain pork fouls their table *roll eyes*

I tell you the biases in law there is crazy. My customers just bitched non-stop to me about why security is horrible these days because the police when they hear that the crime is done by that particular race, they ignore it and tell you to go home.
