  I just need to introduce more fibre into my diet ....

  i was eating an orange a day for the longest time .... then I stopped for a week and it comes back with a vengence ! ...

  and the murky brown liquid tastes horrible ! ....

  i just realised that they use the word mess...

  i've always figure the speculators always drive the mess in stock markets..

  just like now, the oil price is about US$100 a barrel is not because of shortage, or whatever.. it's the stupid speculators driving it up..

  you need a perm pass to get a perm vehicle label.

  u can't use your temp pass.

  they didn't stop NSFs from driving in last time when i was in PLAB 2001-2003

  There're no more perm passes in PLAB. they stopped issuing it for awhile now and everyone is on a temp pass even for regulars. reasons i heard was machine spoilt or changes to the new pass so they wont issue it.

  my camp has the worst food. PLAB is definitely better than ours.

  we also had the fiercest RSM. regimentation was so damn high considering that we're from the airforce.

  anyway the old fogey finally retired. the juniors now are so lucky not to have met him.

  i want my $5.50 per meal back. SFI food cmi

  machine spoil is common.

  i think there's like one machine shared among the airbases.

  And PLAB pales in comparison to AFS because its mostly out rationed.

  Ahahha, after i got posted out last wednesday, the RSM or now known as CCWO changed the rule for booking in out attire, now they all have to dress up like the OCTs with tailored pants and shirt. I was the last batch to book in and out with jeans and polo ts..

  Yeah i heard sqn, the pilots there hates SFI food, and mostly buy their own back.
