  Ran 2.5km on the threadmill, burnt 150 calories..

  Dinner intake one BIG PLATEFUL of fried rice with lots of shrimp, mushroom, egg, char-siew and splash some olive oil...plus fetta cheese, plus salad with melonseed....I think i just added 350 calories into my system....

  => Parade in Taiwan marks Tibet Uprising

  => Free Tibet demonstration in London

  if anything happens, go the other way.. the PRC asswipes know only one way to stop demonstrations if they happen in Tibet and that's with AK47s

  we all know it's really about preserving the pork barrel for a select few .....

  sometimes, i think that those demos, the tibetians quite poor things...thousands of years of their traditions and beautiful landscapes are now kana overshadowed by the chinese.

  imagine one day, we kana flooded by our neighbouring countries and we have see their "face" and live.
