  QX is govt in particular MHA's vehicles... only exception are like ang chia using normal lorry plate

  no... SCDF those Red Rhino (small fire engine) and ambulance all are assembled at the SBS bus factory in Hougang

  QX179R number plate belongs to an ambulance but this particular ambulance is assembled by ST Kinetics not ComfortDelgro but after the warranty expires, the servicing will be done by ComfortDelgro
