  the other guy in my section going to leave the department...

  me sian 1/2 because just after he leaves, the HR will drag their feet replacing him.. and i will have to pick up the slack..

  how come i seem to be picking up the slack of everything and everybody?

  feel like asking for a transfer.. but somehow, my sense of responsibility will not let me...

  oh well.. i guess i'll just look to the fact that i'm alive, i'm (somewhat) healthy, and i have a great reason to be happy

  i think can one.. i'll see this period through because it seems like i'm running to stand still sometimes.. but i'll know it'll pass eventually

  Bear, maybe you really should ask for a transfer.  Then and only then may the higher-up's start questioning your boss' management skills!  Afterall, something has to be wrong if she can't retain erm... ALL her staff, right? 

  From all your posts, it sure doesn't seem as if you were happy and contented to be working for her anyways.

  i'll just hang on for a while.. the boss must be transferred soon.. because her rank is way too high for this position..

  the other guy has found greener pastures.. well, i don't blame him although i don't think i'll be happy if i had to work where he's going.. again, it's down to the things i believe in..

  that aside, there will be a new boss, and hopefully a new guy soon..

  again, i can't make myself get a transfer... not until the new boss and the new guy is settled in..

  thing is, with new everything, i can actually psycho both of them towards throwing away a lot of unnecessary work..

  People had expected Shanghai to overtake PSA tis year
