  Anyone remembers some of the skipping rope rhymes that we used to play in school?

  I only remember one that goes

  "Banana, Banana, Banana Boat .........."

  or

  "Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, Turn around
  Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, Touch the ground
  Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear, ....."

  Cannot remember how the rhyme goes..

  sneezing my guts out.. i don't know why.. woke up this morning and one of the first things i did was to sneeze..

  it's getting more and more intense now..

  nothing else.. just the sneezing and runny nose..

  i hate it when i get this

  I got it this morning too and rushed to find my nasal spray

  It was ok after I used it

  this doesn't happen to me often enough for me to get nasal spray so i don't have

  i think i'll see if the boss clears my stuff quickly and i run off..

  but i have a bloody seminar/briefing by some con-man-sultant later...

  grrrr....

  I have sinus and a bloody sensitive nose

  I didn't use nasal sprays then but I do now and it does provide relief
