nope ... that's not sweet lip .... that's the one below the red snapper .....

OkAnyway the snapper we had yesterday was very good to eat :P
We only kept a small fingermark snapper and the russell snapper to eat
The rest all going to his parents and my parents

the flying fish is very good to eat also you know .....
they taste just like half beaks .... you can grill them like shishamo, and the meat seperates neatly from the bones ....
very delicate white flesh ....

I"ve never eaten half beaks before though I have seen themThe Fishing fish is so pretty though
They look like mini aeroplanes. Haha
And the pic MPB took is so surreal. Would be better if the hose inside the water tank is not blue
