i think my aunt is severely messed up from being vegetarian...
thing is, i think it's all psychological that she "cannot stand eating meat" because she will eat only certain types of fish.. and rarely does she eat fish...
she's got this very pronounced dowager's hump already... worse, she drinks a lot of tea which inhibits the absorbtion of a lot of nutrients...
i've regularly scolded her for her usual decision making by relying on hearsay and ignorance but somehow, she doesn't change...
i should go rant at her more....

Did you clicky on the competition on Bourdin's French Onion Soup vs that Vegan Recipe?I think all the Vegans are voting like crazy to prove that they are better. LOL
But Bourdin's recipe made me drool big-time!! It has bacon and lots of butter added in it

My dua sen.....
From a scientific point of view, a strictly vegan diet is pretty poor in some forms of nutrients, like protein and iron.
The best source of protein is meat, and the best source of iron is in fact red meat. Other non-animal sources are pretty poor in these nutrients.
Oh well... so long as the vegans don't rag on me for eating a Ramly burger, then so be it.....

Oh ya I wanted to rant today about the efficiency of my Town Council.
See, this corridor light almost right outside my house has died before CNY.
MPB wanted to see how long it will take for them to fix it without us calling.
They just fixed it yesterday because there is a 'Meet The People' session walkabout by our MP today

most often sold at salted fish, not many people eat them fresh ..... so you almost never see them in the wet market ....
but they are an acrobatic fighter ... I'd rather catch them than a trevally ....

juz becoz i was in a project before doesn't mean that i am familiar with every detailes.
(Note : WAS meaning ex-member, i quit from the project. i told my boss that i can't work with the project leader. Reason : He is a super good 'cook' in 'curry'. And his boss is too indulge in his 'pot of curry' that everything this guy do is the best. So my boss took my name out and replace with another).Oh did i mention, he looks like the 1.58m short limping guy who escaped.....
The person who took over the project from me left....so the other section manager suggest to my (new)boss that i shld take over....why ? i have so many projects on-hand now. And with my biz trip coming next week, i have not even prepare anything....
the whole project are all managerial position with staffs under them, i am NOT a manager and i have no staff....aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!
*i wish i can open my office window and jump down *
