I hate:
1) People who like to push their job to others.
2) People who keep peering over the shoulder to give well-meaning advice every few seconds.
3) People who die-die must do their way.

I hate to work with leaders / managers who are :
- disorganised and constantly miss appointments and deadlines;
- bo chup, can't do their work, and spend most of their time doing PR with the decision-makers to cement their position; and
- those who listen to the opinions / complaints / gossip of one party only, and don't bother to clarify issues before taking action against the perceived 'guilty' one.
I hate to work with colleagues who :
- just graduated with virtually zero experience and yet who talk the loudest and worse, are bossy, obnoxious and arrogant little 'know-it-all's;
- talk / PR more than they work;
- are political and scheming people.

Back stabber and credit snatcher.
when sh1t hit the fence, stab u and push u to face the bullet....
but when thing goes well, claim all ur glory for themself and left u hanging dry....

Freeloaders who put in little effort but have an equal share of the credit.
Virtually every project group I've ever worked in (with the exception of my 3rd yr industrial design group) had at least one freeloader. Bloody parasites.

Whilst in nursing school, I tolerated a freeloader for an entire year, but by the start of the 2nd year, we all have had enough, but no one in my group wanted to be the bad guy, so I did.
We sat down, told her what was distressing us about her non-performance, and told her that since everyone was sacrificing a lot of time to get the A's we got, it's only natural that she work hard too. A few more chances, she didn't keep up with performance expectations, I lost my patience, told her sorry, but it's unacceptable to the rest of us in the group, and off she went. Of course, she cried buckets and I felt like the greatest b!tch on earth then, but the rest of us did sacrifice a lot of our own personal time to get those results and she was just happily reaping the fruits of our labour! I'd rather be a b!tch than an idiot.

the people tt gets on my nerves are the blur, lost (never attend briefings), completely clueless and YET still want to remain in control type.
