  went to Mass... and just had dinner..

  i feel so stoned... sneezing for the whole day.. just stopped..

  i think it's airconditioning.. dried up my nasal passages making them very sensitive...

  i'm going to go lie down for a while..

  what a day.. work at some place where it is like a sauna (open air some more!) and then start sneezing there.. came home, showered and passed out..

  now my eyes are so dry too...

  don't think i want to use the airconditioning again for some time

  Just got back from jogging.

  Saw quite a few people running competitively at East Coast Park.... think they're holding the Sundown Night Marathon tonight.

  Nah.... I don't plan to run a marathon.... and I run for fun.

  I did sign up for the 15km Saucony Passion Run in July, though.....

  And the 21km AHM in August.

  I don't plan to win any medals or anything.... my resolution this year is to finish both runs in one piece.
