Excessive caffeine consumption from earlier on in the day, perhaps? That's what normally happens to me after a 36 oz. jug of dark roast in the morning.

Just now on my way home, I got a lift from my colleague. We passed by the base's basketball court and leaning against the fence were some hunks.
They stared at my colleague, he stared back.
They waved at him, he waved back.
Puzzled, he asked my other colleague: who are they? I don't know them.
My other colleague stifled a laughter as he said: You dumbass! They were trying to get you to get their basketball on the road back!

Not quite. Illegals in SoCal and parts of Texas openly and blatantly fly the Mexican flag in public. -

I do not consume caffeine.
I drink the occasional cuppa tea, but that's about it.

Well, I wish I could put up some sign in spider language that says, "Spiders NOT WELCOME here!"
Harmless or not, if they come into my house, I will have to somehow get them OUT! And since I don't dare to go near enough to catch them and throw them outside, I really don't know how to deal with them!
Spiders scare me!! I was hoping I wouldn't see them at all during the colder seasons!

Aussie Jasmine Rice... yucks! Texture is 'wrong', and there's nothing like Thai Rice.
I tried Aussie Jasmine Rice when I first came over, heng I only bought a tiny packet because I hated it so much I had to use it to cook porridge. In the meantime, I quickly switched back to Golden Phoenix Thai Rice.

I watched an episode of Jamie, the Naked Chef in Italy just now, and turned cold. He participated in killing a lamb and a wild boar with the Italians, and it was a bit sick to watch.

The only Aussie rice you find in SG is e Calrose seriesIn fact it started appearing thanks to the rice shortage from Thailand in 1970s... tat time rice from USA also came

Logically, you'd think so. But this is the US, where political correctness reigns supreme. There was a case, not too long ago, where a store owned by recent Mexican immigrants flew the Mexican flag above the US flag from a pole on the roof of his place of business. People in the community complained, but the city council ruled that forcing the business owner to take down the flag would offend "cultural sensitivities" in the area.
Go figure...
