  dunno, but it seems each and every time they talk abt ivy league uni and fast promo in rank... I'd always wanted to shout so wat if they can't perform in work... I dunno, but that makes e system rotting

  they can't perform at work, they still get promoted..

  i'm serious..

  i see that in many organisations.. somehow, they hoodwinked the senior management into putting a high CEP in their records.. even if they screw up, it's difficult and got to write a lot of paperwork to downgrade their CEP.. or if good workers it's hard to upgrade their CEP..

  so apathy causes them to leave things as it is.. pay the good worker higher bonuses and not promote them.. pay the high CEP guy lower bonuses yet promote them...

  which is why i read today's My Paper and had a good laugh...

  dunno... but tis AirAsia heart very very big... wants to overtake SIA in ridership fig for dunno wat reason

  I dunno can they survive long... they've alrdy started charging RM3 for each passenger's luggage as part of fuel surcharge

  the malaysian goverment had to bail out MAS before ....

  which is a shame, cos their service is not at all that bad .... better than SIA methinks .....

  AirAsia is a joke, cos the joker in charge had his snout firmly in the pork barrel way up there too ... how else you think he can get so big, and negotiate all the air rights ? ...

  I think they are trying to compare apples to oranges

  They are a budget airline SIA is not a budget airline

  Instead of comparing who have more planes and who move more passangers, why don't they compare the bottomline instead which is what really matters

  in the end, it'll still be the "premium" airlines that'll survive .....

  budget air cut too close to the bones ... with the way oil prices are going, you got to have the margin to play with in the long run .....

  I dunno, I never had problems with service from SIA. They always served me with a smile and attended to my every need promptly 

  Then again, I never had problems with MAS as well.

  That is why they are trying to compare apples with oranges

  If they wanna compare, they should compare themselves to players like Tiger, JetStar, Virgin etc

  At the end of the day it's the bottomline that counts

  Not how many planes and how many ppl you move

  But you must put up with his attitude. Got attitude problem. Everytime I see him I feel like punching him

  Good thing I recovered and don't have to see his bloody face again

  eh... eczema is incurable and it can just flare up any moment due to any changes in env

  and we have to live w/ using steroid creams
