if the doc won't prescribe it to her, mean she's not suitable/dun need to take tat lah! and with all the side effects [it's addictive too?!], it's almost suicide to take those...
i'm considering getting some slimming products too... but i'm still reading abt it... the one my bro recommended didn't work for me. it up my metabolism [help me to sweat] and supposedly curb my appetite [but i still eat as much]... plus i can't exercise so didn't work...

got tis product call i-slim... few drops in a glass of water for consumption... i wonder wat's the side effects... cos i dun believe thr's none de lor...
i need to lose weight, not just cos i look preggy now.. but also it'll be less stressful for my back... bear u still do exercises? everytime i start stretching exercise it hurts >.<
yah.. i do that every day.. but mine is just to stretch the muscles as they are pretty okay though prone to overuse...
the messed up back is now being braced by held-in stomach muscles and the back muscles.. the back muscles are being overused and will be tensed and tired at the end of the day.. so i have to stretch them once in a while..
the stomach muscles, sometimes i forget so the back muscles take the strain.. but if i remember and hold in my stomach muscles and keep a straight posture, i'm fine

i think swimming is a good exercise because it doesn't stress your back??

my muscles felt "pulled" if i hold in my stomach and keep straight... it make my back even more tired... issit supposed to be like tis?
anw i lazy back... if i wear flats, i tend to slouch >.< today i wore my boots and i actually have a better posture...
blue i scare i go swim end up eat more, bec more fat leh... plus... i can't swim hahahhaahahhaa

yeah.. holding in your stomach is not hold until very tight.. just pull in the lower tummy about 1/2 to 1 cm can already.. that way, the abdominal muscles will be taking the strain from the back...
the back muscles will be tired no matter, that's why must stretch them out so that they don't cramp up and they can actually get stronger gradually..
here's a stretch which helps...
this stretch is very good for the sciatic nerves... but beginning, don't push so much.. you'll end up messing up your muscles.. go to the level where the stretch starts, push a little and hold, release.. then repeat..
and you can also try this stretch at home..
try them.. but very very slowly.. and best if you have support of someone around you helping you move slowly.... else you strain your back again..

I was doing mainteinance work on my 30 kilo 0.5" machine gun. I told the idiot not to oil the back of the gun yet as I intended to flip the gun over with a firm grip to clean the insides.
The idiot did just that and I dropped the MG on my left foot as a result as the gun was simply too slippery. I was lucky to escape with just a mighty big scratch on my ankle, being saved by my sock, coverall and safety shoe.
