Well, the superintendent of the center had the most to answer for, out of all the personnel who were fingered.....
After all, he did make the stupid decision to not install grilles at that toilet window. Now that's absolutely stupid, cos even my toilet windows have grilles, and I'm not an inmate in my own home.
I just hope that the Gurkha guards won't lose their jobs or anything.... they were guilty of not following the SOP by letting Mas Selamat close the door, but I hope they'll just get a slap on the wrist for that...
