I was just thinking...at what point should a minister be held accountable?
Some say that ministers are supposed to digest the information provided by their subordinates and call the play from there, otherwise referred to as high level decision making/thinking.
If anything screws up on the ground, especially where it concerns operational matters, they should not be held accountable.
So under WHAT circumstances should a minister be held accountable? I'm scratching my head here. Seems to me they are inpervious to blame.

one good example being that goatfucker Lim Hng Kiang,
he couldn't cut the mustard as health minister and instead of being sacked or made to resign, they gave him another portfolio.

so employers of maids are held to higher standards than our cabinet ministers. go figure.
