U mean back bacon?We have them in SG here too but I think back bacon is not as nice as streaky bacon :P
The British like Back Bacon (like the name from the Back (also known as loin) and the Americans like Streaky Bacon (Belly)

Don't know... I just buy them, cook them, eat them.
The pack always says "Rindless Bacon". Most other bacon are simply way too fatty, and/or too salty.
No matter how you cook bacon, you have to have tons of kitchen paper towels to dab the excess grease off the bacon first before eating. Otherwise, you'll clog up your arteries in no time at all!

Well bacon are usually made from the backs, sides or belly. The leanest part is back baconAnd although traditionally, bacon is rind-on, these days there are a lot of Rindless Bacon

coz the faerie is now ill
we'll take the stuff just the same
