  the deathmatch just got personal

  but i think true training is like those guys i watched on tv last night about MMA fighting...

  they measured the lactic acid in the blood before exertion.. and after sustained exertion of pulling about 50kg and holding it for 1 minute, the guy's lactic acid level went DOWN by 20%

  true professional gluttons should be able to keep going for hours
