Life is a little busier than usual so it's taking me super duper long to get through this book which I've been working on for the past 3 months. It's called Peony in Love by Lisa See. The author is half Chinese but looks thoroughly ang mo. I've read one of her other books and liked it, which explains why I'm reading another of her titles.
is she one of those angst filled bay side writers ? .....
I'm reading "Dragon Seed" by Pearl S Buck ....
people would remember her for "The Good Earth", which got her a pulitzer and a nobel ....

i've not found the book that went missing.. Yakuza Moon: Memoirs of a Gangster's Daughter
did you pass it around and forgot who's had it ? ....
I still have your "blood merchant" you know ....
I'll bring it along to pass it to the next fella at the next blood donation ? ...
i am reading " The big of six sigma training games" now
don't think so.. usually i'll finish the book first before others have a chance at it..
and yah.. blood merchant for blood donation.. is apt..
... and thus, begins a Club 30 Blood Donation tradition

I just finished reading 3 books recently.... average 1 book a week.

I am about to start reading another one "Bone to Ashes" by Kathy Reich.
Fun!!
I feel like a Bimbo nowadays, I keep reading Chick Lit! (No offense to those who like reading this genre as well...)
Currently reading Shopgirl by Steve Martin. Pretty interesting book I would say.
Re-reading "The Power of Now" by Tolle and midway thru' Alan Greenspan's (this one seems like it's gonna take me forever!)
The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Milan Kundera

Trying not to start at all. Once hooked in, cannot stop. Arg! Reading the manga make me envious of Yuu. She gets to live her dream as a manga artist. Long ago I wish to draw manga like her. Then I tried yesterday to doodle something. My ability had degenerated so much the picture is hideous
usually my reading is geared towards learning things i can apply and etc. This is one occassion that i moved off course. :-)
