Well... try to look at it from an artistic point of view, made in Singapore! Local made production, with a thin flair of creativity, strong sense of humour, powerful casting with small ..... budget with great director and post filming production!

btw, at kuishibo i noticed couple of things..
1. narrow pathway
2. washing basin damn far away.
3. staff slicing sashimi...face is about 15cm away from the meat, literally breathing in and out vapour towards the fish meat she was slicing, and the supervisor was talking loudly....maybe splashing her saliva onto the meat too?
4. Ask for quil eggs for the cold soba...the auntie just snap "DUN HAVE!"
5. clearing of plates, clearly seen that poor staff have to balance the plates and walk quite some distance back to kitchen.. cant they allocate a collection corner where she (or even customers) can put the plates within walking distance.
6. The jingle....where got music is as loud as the announcement...how to hear the annoucement clearly...the guy just mumble his way thru...
7. No system...if dishonest guests, come in 3 persons, 1 more come in later....eat eat eat...4th person walk out....the 3 persons can still pay for 3 persons...cos the staff dun even count liao.
