Actually, I'm in a bit of physical pain right now. I was working on my car over the weekend and kinda threw my back out. My lower back hurts when I put a load on it. This has happened before and the pain usually subsides after about three weeks, so I'm taking it easy on my back for the time-being, and popping the occasional aspirin..

I think I've only used up about 12 days' leave or so this year.
Hmm... this is odd... based on my previous working arrangment of 10 x 7.6 hr workdays a fortnight, I get 28 days of annual leave...
BUT, based on my current arrangement of 6 x 12 hr workdays a fortnight, I only get 18 days of annual leave so far!!!
Strange... *scratches head...

i dunno... could be food from camp.
when i was on duty during the weekend, my colleagues and I had a stomachache after consuming the night snack.
now i feel like crap. its either the food or i'm not getting proper rest, either way... both are related to work.

If you worked the night shift, it does throw your body out-of-whack and sometimes, it becomes more sensitive to greasy and/or spicy food.

they demand petrol tax be scrapped...pls la... tat tax rate if i'm not wrong has not been changed all these yrs... Wat causes it is e oil prices... They whole day demand changes, they themselves cannot change their own lifestyle to brace for e new era

I do go in sometimes to see what are they talking about there but seriously if you are single and goes in there too often, you will be very disillusioned about marriage and the opposite sex as a whole (especially from a female pt of view)
