  my mum scolded my cousins when they were young and came to play at our place... they were climbing up and hanging themselves on window grills... >.< end up? their mother give my mum dirty looks for scolding her precious kids... my mum told me, next time just let them be, they break their heads their prob...

   

  i din care.... until they jumped on my bed and broke it!!!! WTF???!!! they kenna jialat jialat from me...

  Just a thought, how do you think you can convince some people to have children, given the factors that they are financially stable and physically prepapred (fit husband and wife)?

  But are they mentally and emotionally prepared?

  To have children it's not just being financially and physically fit and prepared.

  Your lives change because of your children and it's not like a dog where you can leave them at home without supervision.

  There needs to be sacrifices and compromises in your live for the child.

  Is the couple willing to make that?

  If they are not, no point trying to convince them

  i love kids but i don't want to bring my kids into this world because i felt that this 'current' world is not so fantastic e.g. global warming, sars, education system stressful, oil prices went up, erp everywhere etc . . maybe next life then.

  but seriously.. today's papers came up with the "work is main obstacle to couples having children" are missing the whole point..

  i would say that there are hell of a lot out there who do not have children simply because they see the world is screwed... and they don't want more people to come to this world and end up in the huge mess of overpopulation, unsustainable strip-mining, global warming, horrific pollution, political mayhem.. and more...

  the politicians sew their eyes shut to the scientists telling them that the world is severely overpopulated.. yet they want more children, they want higher populations in their countries.. all to be sacrificed on the altar of the false gods of Capitalism...

  where do we fit in?

  or do we destroy everything trying in vain to make the planet fit us?

  childless couples?

  goodness knows, they may save the planet...

  i saw the headlines.... well if the COST of basic living ain't so bloody high, perhaps more will be willing to have kids... come on, the era of earning 1k and still having 1/2 a dozen kids doesn't exist anymore...

   

  in the same train tat i glanced upon the headlines of someone's papers.... thr's a bloody kid SCREAMING and CRYING!!! it's peak hour! it's my time to snooze b4 hitting office and i have to attempt to make myself deaf to max my mp3 so tat it'll drown the kid's screeching.... >.<
