Just so long you maintain a balanced diet and to ensure you take supplements for the minerals and stuffs (protein/iron/etc) you usually get from eating meat.

I read a while ago, soy is not very healthy. I forgot what it was about now.
As for my trip, I have booked all the flights now, just a matter of booking the tour. Any good suggestion? I am only planning to go to Sepilok.

Maybe there's something wrong with my reading comprehension......is he telling employers NOT to give raises to their employees?
*me mysteriously appears in a puff of smoke*
I'm at my lab now.
I'm already starting on 'unofficial work' even though I'm still not an official registered student.
Sigh.... goodbye to my holidays....
my colleauges and boss post me a question....:)
if a foreign car, say a malaysian registered car come to singapore from JB, they are not fitted with the cash card machine, how do they go thru the ERP gentry?

From what I read

And ironically they continue to give themselves hefty raises despite their salaries already being the highest on the planet compared to their counterparts.
Keep doing this and it might just boil to the point where people feel that there's nothing to lose anymore. That's when you will see our society disintegrate. The hairline cracks are already showing.
In any society there will always be the have-nots who cannot keep up. These usually form a small percentage of the population. Allow this percentage to steadlily increase......
