if a man's really drunk, he won't be able to get it up, or he won't be able to perform well ... if he's able to, then he's not drunk ...

i guess that depends on how drunk is the guy. and erm not perform well but can perform can le. I thought the drunk not being a defence was more of discrimination rather than a reasoned judgment? Or maybe they just wanted to rule out cases where it can't be proven either way. -

she's so bloody old already, no way in hell are they going to promote her, so why the hell is she just trying to increase the branch workload??
we're 3 people - one boss and 2 kar kia, the boss is useless at actual work, we're 2 people doing about 15 people's work and she is frantically going around looking at taking work from other people for us to do!
and most of the time, we're not doing the work because we're in her goddamned room for her to drone at us... to her, telling us to go do it is equal to getting it done...
today, i'm supposed to write a whole bloody framework of some fricken thing, i'm dragged away in the morning to listen to her drone, then dragged into a meeting which doesn't concern me, and then after the meeting, she droned on for an hour...
after lunch, i've been interrupted about.. 7 times.. to go do nonsense like "remember the flyer... yah.. we need a sample..." then she proceeded to drone on and on..
my brain hurts..
