Nay I don't like to eat biscuits
I'm not a carbo person in the first place
Usually I eat more meat and veggies (usually 2 veggies 1 meat/fish)
The one thing that tends to make one fat (at least for me) is carbs
I'm not a rice person
You know the small packs of Japanese rice??? In my house that can last me for over a year. My hubby and I don't like to eat rice. We prefer to eat noodles/potato/wholemeal bread
that's good for you :)
I used to eat a lot of rice, and overeat a lot.. since this year I controlled and I think it's good for me.. Dinner I will try to eat noodles or such.. will try not to eat rice.. breakfast I used to eat very heavy also.. now I can eat light breakfast and lunch I eat a normal portion..

Breakfast for me is unhealthy. Usually all I take is a mug of coffee
Lunch will usually be economy rice, wanton noodles or chicken or duck rice or maybe stuff like beef noodles
Dinner is usually noodles or just steamed soup. If I take chicken rice I eat like half of the rice and that is after asking for less rice. Otherwise it's like Salad and steamed soup. Or we share a packet of Soup Spoon takeaway and eat with a bit of bread
For our Gluttony sessions usually I end up super stuffed ><
McCrap has certainly shrunk its burgers over the years.
A McChicken used to stuff me pretty good.... now it's just a snack.
I can still remember how the McSpicy Double was a really good deal. Then I guess they realized that they could increase profits by using just one chicken patty.
food portions getting smaller, flats/apartments getting smaller, personal space getting smaller. sigh

i agree with what RedizAlertz said about us getting bigger instead. Most people are living an unhealthty lifestyle, i mean you seldom see people exercising in the park or even gyming...bad bad
