  I think now the secret to taking great pics is not in owning a camera that'll pwnz all others ... but in having a spiffy compy and photoshop CS3 ...

  or at a pinch, you can get gimp 2 .... it's free ... and requires just 1 gig ...

  Thinking of getting a lightweight ultracompact camera that can withstand a lot of abuse.

  Olympus makes cameras that can withstand shock and water immersion.... but I don't think too highly of their functions and capability.

  I'm thinking of the Sony T70 or the Fujifilm FinePix z100fd.
