Port forwarding, some lines prolly got screwed. Sgforum being hosted outside Singapore is also a factor.

I think the DNS server's screwed ... you're able to surf the current site, cos the path is already recognized ...
but new requests have to be routed via the DNS. ... which is down ...
starhub's DNS is ALWAYS down ....
