It's just motivation.... just feels great to be able to track your heart rate, time spent in the fat-burning zone, and total calories burnt.
The FS got it for me for my birthday..... over my protests that it was too expensive.

i've don't have AC.
everything is natural.
i've got a cooling breeze coming in. its been cooling everyday that i can still sleep when the sun is up.
sometimes it gets too cold

it really makes a difference when you're 10 floors up and u can see aircrafts flying from the airport... i don't mean the tarmac but u can hear the aircrafts and see them off the ground.
and the block next to me, top floor is 10th floor. hahaha~ so there's lots of space out my window

i'l only be around for the trip to the islands ...
it's not a fly-by-night ops like so many others, so we won't take you on as a student till you get a check-up and an okay at the docs ...
