Given the areas I'm icing myself, I might well dump a bucket of ice into the bath tub and soak in the ice chill water.

Good idea. Maybe get some of that tomorrow. It looks like I'll be sitting in the tub for the next 2 days. Did you guys see the 100m women's runs?

just go to the doc and say you are learning diving, they'll know what to do ...

in other news, Chinatown tat ERP is to get a review.. I dunno, but who would want to go there if e ERP rate is $2 for cars, $4 for goods vehicles when at Orchard it's $0.50 and $1 resp?
