  anyway tat ND Rally towards e end featured middle age workers who upgraded their skills and successful poly grads

  and I rest my case on tat SC thread... saying they did gave road tax rebate when they implemented COE... yeah, $10k a year (Since it was abt $100k for a 10 yr COE) road tax rebate... so tat's abt $12k a year for road tax in 1980s..

  it was COE tat increased their income by dunno how much.. now more cars but $12k COE it's defintely lesser income collected... so now it's ERP, 1 gantry 'toop' $5 liao...

  I tell u I feel so stupid

  KNS WTF the last email he sent was not the one I edited for him

  I dunno what he did with my edited copy

  I dunno how can one still screw up after someone editing for him

  I dunno how come some one can mix up before GST and after GST price

  I dunno how come someone can't remember what is the one email he drafted

  And here I was waiting for him to finish so I can check and then go home and he didn't tell me he was done and here I was waiting for the COWS TO GO HOME OR SOMETHING
